Are you ready to take your career or business to the next level in Canada?
This program is for you.
WHAT IS IT?
A 4-month mentorship program that matches Mexican women in Canada with high-level professional mentors—successful Mexican women across various industries.
You’ll receive personalized, one-on-one guidance designed to give you practical advice, strategic direction, and real answers to your career or business challenges.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Mexican women currently living in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) who identify with one of these profiles:
- Entry level professionals trying to understand and navigate the Canadian job market.
- Senior professionals ready to pivot, grow, or move up in their careers.
- Established entrepreneurs seeking to expand their network or scale their business.
- New entrepreneurs looking to launch or solidify their business idea*
* This program is intended for professional-level initiatives. Hobby-based or informal business ideas will not be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Living in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).
- Strong English skills (written and spoken).
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Scaled businesses or startups with a professional structure, preferably registered as a business in Canada or Mexico or with clear intentions of formalizing.
- Commitment to your professional growth.
Exclusion of:
- Businesses or individuals offering multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes.
- Hobby-based or non-professional ventures.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- 6 personalized one-on-one mentorship sessions with a high-level Mexican professional who will support your growth, offer guidance, and help you stay aligned with your goals.
- 2 group sessions between mentors and mentees: a powerful kick-off meeting to connect and set goals, and a closing session to celebrate your achievements and reflect on your journey.
- Exclusive workshops designed to give you practical tools, confidence, and clarity to thrive in the Canadian job market, including:
- Position Yourself with Purpose with Violeta Rangel (virtual). How to craft a personal brand that reflects who you are, what you stand for, and why it matters.
- LinkedIn for Growth with Violeta Rangel (virtual). You’ll learn how to turn your LinkedIn presence into a powerful tool to grow your brand, attract opportunities, and build trusted business relationships—whether you’re running your own business or navigating your corporate career.
- Speak Up: Basics for Public Speaking with Cynthia Basulto (in person). Nail your next meeting, pitch, or presentation with confidence. Do you freeze when speaking in front of others? This hands-on, fast-paced 2hrs workshop will help you learn how to speak clearly, confidently, and without fear. Walk away with real feedback and tools you can use immediately.
- Strategic, actionable guidance tailored to your professional journey.
- A strong, supportive network of like-minded Mexican women building community and lifting each other up.
- For graduates, a professional headshot and certificate of compliance.

- Program Launch & Mentee Applications Open: Wednesday, June 18th

You’ll receive a confirmation if you are selected to join the program. - Kick-Off Session (In-person): First week of September (TBD)
First group gathering to meet your mentor, connect with the community, and set the tone for the months ahead. - 1:1 Mentorship Sessions: September–November
6 sessions. Flexible schedule and format (in-person or virtual, based on what works best for you and your mentor) - Closing Session (In-person): First week of December
Reflect, celebrate your growth, and close the program with the full community.
Limited spots: Only 10 mentees will be selected to ensure depth and quality.
Program Fee: This program has a participation fee of 180 CAD that helps cover administrative costs and supports reinvestment into the initiative. All funds go directly toward delivering a high-impact, structured experience for all participants
